Our breasts are so deeply tied to our femininity, and when cancer takes that away, the impact can extend far beyond the physical scars.

Sometimes talking to your younger self is the best way to talk to yourself lovingly. 🖤

I have a bad habit of not celebrating my own wins and constantly moving the goal post on myself. For someone who strives to make other people feel confident, my own self-talk can be pretty nasty sometimes. But when I see pictures of little Kyndall, I just think about how cool she would think I am.

Go find a picture of your younger self. Notice the empathy you can have for her. You don't have to be living a perfect life to be exactly where you need to be.

What's one thing you'd tell your younger self? And share this with someone who might need the reminder of how far they've come. 🖤

The 4th of July hits different when you grew up next to an army base like Ft. Sill. 🇺🇸
