🤍 **A Little Schedule Update from Treasured Hands!**

There's been quite a few updates happening at Treasured Hands lately, and I'm excited about the changes as I continue to grow and find a better balance between my business and personal life!

With the days getting shorter, I wanted to create a little more time in my mornings to get outside, move my body, and enjoy some daylight before starting my workday.

I also know that many of my clients, especially my teachers, have a hard time finding appointments that work around their schedules. So I've opened up more evening availability on Mondays and Thursdays!

These changes are all about creating a better balance while continuing to provide the care and attention each of you deserves.

Something new is coming to Treasured Hands 🤍
Beginning November 1st, I’m so excited to officially introduce Treasured Hands Monthly Memberships!
I created these memberships for those who want to make massage a consistent part of their self-care while enjoying member pricing and a few extra perks along the way.
To start, I’ll be opening just 10 Founding Membership spots. I want to keep the initial group small so I can make sure everything runs smoothly while continuing to provide the quality of care and appointment availability you deserve.

A little update from Treasured Hands Massage 🤍

November 1st marks 9 years since I began my career as a massage therapist, which honestly feels a little crazy to say! As I head into my 10th year in this career, I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want the future of Treasured Hands to look like and, most importantly, how I can continue giving each of you the care and attention you deserve.

One of my biggest goals moving forward is to create more space in my schedule so I can slow down, be fully present with each client, and continue providing the quality of care you’ve come to expect from me.

Beginning November 1st, my massage pricing will be updated:

30 minutes — $55
60 minutes — $95
90 minutes — $135

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported me throughout the last nine years and continues to trust me with their care. I truly wouldn’t be able to do what I love without you.

And I have something new coming with this next chapter, too…

I’m so excited to finally be introducing Treasured Hands Memberships for those who want to make regular massage a consistent part of their self-care. I’ll be sharing all of the membership details very soon!

I figured it was time to properly introduce myself for all the new faces here!

I’m Katie — the face behind Treasured Hands Massage, the cozy lavender room, and probably the person reminding you to unclench your jaw and breathe. 😉

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2017, and over time I became deeply drawn to the connection between the body, stress, emotions, and the nervous system.

To me, massage is about more than relaxation. It’s about creating a safe space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and finally let their body exhale.

I specialize in relaxation-focused bodywork with a growing focus on nervous system regulation, fascia work, and somatic/emotional release techniques — always at a pace that feels safe and grounding for the client.

I’m so grateful for every person who trusts me with their care and healing journey. 🤍

I used to believe “no pain, no gain” too.

When I first started massage, I thought the deeper the pressure, the better the results.

But after studying the nervous system and fascia, I realized something important…

If a body feels threatened, it braces.
And when it braces, it resists depth.

When we work with the nervous system first — allowing the body to feel safe — the tissue actually lets me in deeper on its own.

No forcing.
No fighting.
Just real release.

Depth isn’t about how hard I push.
It’s about what your body can safely receive. 🤍
