Athletes who recover intentionally perform consistently.
Every hard session leaves something behind…micro-trauma, tight fascia, small compensations you don’t feel yet. Most athletes don’t ignore this on purpose. It’s just easy to assume soreness will work itself out, until it doesn’t, and a “minor” tightness turns into missed training time.
Recovery isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about staying ahead of it.
Soft tissue work releases restrictions before they limit your range of motion. Cupping decompresses tissue and brings blood flow to the areas doing the most work. IASTM finds the spots your hands can’t. Rehab makes sure you’re rebuilding the right movement pattern, not just easing the pain.
None of this is about being tough enough to push through. It’s about giving your body what it needs to keep showing up for you.
