One of my passions is organized medicine. I have been involved with the Texas Medical Association (TMA) and American Medical Association (AMA) for the last decade advocating for my patients and for my fellow doctors.
I'm proud to announce my candidacy for alternate delegate to the TMA Delegation to the American Medical Association.
I was a medical school representative as a medical student, delegate and speaker as a resident and fellow, and I want to continue this work by becoming alternate delegate to the House of Medicine as a young physician. With the rapidly changing face of health care, growing misinformation, and rising outbreaks in preventable diseases, it is important to work my fellow doctors in ensuring access to care to all patients.
