Taking ownership of the patterns we’ve repeated.Learning where our limits actually are and respecting them.Creating boundaries that protect our peace instead of costing us ourselves.

I’ll be honest, the holidays can be really hard. Even as a therapist, I feel it too. Old emotions show up, stress feels heavier, and the pressure of a new year can be more overwhelming than exciting.

At Unwritten Chapters Counseling, I don’t believe you have to have it all figured out to start working on yourself. I just believe you have to be willing to show up, even on the messy days. Therapy isn’t about perfection. It’s about choosing growth, even when you’re tired.

If you’re struggling, you’re not broken you’re human. And you don’t have to carry it alone.

Your life is still worth the work.
