WE ARE MOVING!!! If the stars align, the good Lord willing and the creeks don’t rise, we will be seeing patients in the new clinic space Monday April 27th. The new location is 413A St Frances Street. Next door to Hodges Pharmacy in Leakesville. Same phone number (same everything) just new location. A lot of hard work has been done by (paid and volunteer) many people and I’m grateful for each one. We ask for your patience next week as we make this transition.

As of January 1, 2026, we will no longer be accepting Humana Medicare Advantage Plans. We recommend changing to traditional Medicare with a supplement. However, if you decide to choose another Advantage plan, we recommend United Healthcare or Aetna. Open enrollment for Medicare is Oct 15-Dec 7. Thank you for choosing Choice Primary Healthcare.

Today marks 3years since opening Choice Primary Healthcare. We are so thankful for each person that walked through our doors. I appreciate the hard work and dedication of my team; leigh, Randi, Ashton and now Kahayla. To my husband and family, thank you for standing behind me and supporting my dreams. The Lord blessed this clinic and the work we do from day one. May we never forget to have a servant’s heart.
