Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and restoration.

We’ll begin with 15 minutes of gentle movement and grounding, followed by a 60 minute immersive sound bath designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite inner peace.

Please arrive ready for your scheduled time slot, as photoshoot sessions are limited and scheduled back-to-back. To help you get the most out of your session, please come with a few photo or pose ideas already prepared so you can feel confident and photo-ready on shoot day!

✨ Aerial Teens 4-Week Series ✨

A space for teens to build strength, confidence, connection, and aerial skills while having plenty of fun along the way!

Throughout this 4-week series, we’ll work together on aerial poses, skills, and sequences while building strength, body awareness, and confidence in the hammock.

No previous aerial yoga experience required~ just come ready to learn, move, fly, and have fun. Joy and laughter included!
