WE HAVE MOVED! It's a work in progress, but the new art studio office is open with new safety protocols for the pandemic. Both online and in-person services are available. Accepting new clients in 2021 - online intake services available in December and January.

High School Art Club starts next week! Runs Jan-May
This group is for high school students who could benefit from having another healthy/creative activity in their schedule. It's an opportunity to express yourself, develop your identity, increase self-esteem, improve communication, work on stress management and coping skills, and get support in a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere.
Please note how this group is different:
Groups are small and open, meaning that there is no long term commitment - you can join any time, and you might meet different people in each group
This is not an art class – there is no wrong way to create art! You will receive guidance and ideas, but you don’t have to do the same art project everyone else is doing
Open art studio environment – your use of art materials is limited only by your imagination
Loose structure guided by participants – wear your pjs, take off your shoes, talk as much or as little as you want. There is no pressure to do anything other than be yourself
Creativity results in personal growth - the purpose of our artwork is not to please others or hang in a gallery, it is to express and develop our authentic selves

Art materials and snacks provided
All groups led by a board certified art therapist
How to join: Sign up by each Monday to secure your spot
Cost: $30 per group (cash, check, credit cards)
Meets every other Friday January through May
