A deeper healing called forth…

Thus we arrived at another layer of healing for the Feminine within.

Several years ago I embarked on a journey in sacred circle with 22 women deepening and healing the Sacred Feminine energies as we joined to embody them.

9 Rites of Passage

Deep truths witnessed

A lived experience forever changed.

In the filming of this video I felt every one of you with me. Not only those in the group, but ALL who are actively reclaiming what it means to stand with the lineages of feminine essence through time.

In truth, it was deeply vulnerable for me. There was nervousness around how I looked, was I wearing something too low cut? What would people think if this video wasn’t like the others?

Ultimately stepping out of the stories and into my center, the tender and wildness of my wild woman arrived. Seated around the fire with my sisters and our Grandmothers.

The ley lines of the Earth moved this day. As each of our ancestors greeted us with grace, encouragement, and love.

Thus, the name of the next video is Grandmother Medicine.

A deep holding of the ancient lineage of woman who have birthed humanity.

Setting boundaries with thought.

Last week the thoughts were spiraling and oh were the LOUD.

When I paused to join them in stillness I saw how I had already been with the deconstruction of said thought, even the rebuilding to a new belief! And I had had enough.

They were echoes, echoes that needed to be informed that they are not welcome in this Sacred space.

Sacred space of this vessel.

Sacred space of this body, heart, and mind.

Sacred space of my physical environment.

And then, silence.

The echoes became mute and the pressure from there intensity fell away.

A powerful medicine to carry forth as outside energies get loud.

Wait so I can’t hold it all?

No, and no one said you had to.

It has been a delicate dance landing into how September is teaching us.

Several days ago, full stop. Presence required with what was moving.

A requirement to drop into the heart, (which somehow I had stepped out of?) and really look at ALL in front of me and what I actually wanted to keep on my plate.

As I have come to acceptance of these transitions, the resistance has softened, and a key function of that release was sharing my experience.

I was holding a grief all of August.

The witnessing of an old self depart.

A departure far out of my control.

My nervous system was landing from being in a heightened emotional state most of the month and landing to witness the sadness in this departure.

Shared in community, I witnessed my heart open again and release the building tension holding that was causing.

This may or may not be the “hook” the marketing girlies speak of 😅

As we approach the September Sessions for Among the Stars: Lunar Sound Alchemy Series I’ve found the practice has shifted.

It is less about the how things come together, studying the transits, but rather presence with the medicines that call forth our sacred space and time together. Being an instrument for the frequencies that move with us.

There are moments when the mind attempts to create a story around how these offerings should look or even the polished offering details coming together.

Today I join you, in community as a facilitator sharing the ways in which I am invited to be more fluid as the week evolves. An invitation I meet with a playful heart here in this share.

Intuitively, there is deep trust around what opens this New Moon in Virgo. A call back to our Full Moon in Virgo 3/3 of this year. An impactful opening as our outer planets meet us for deep transformation, conversation, and space holding.

As called, I invited you to our practice at Wenatchee Community Acupuncture to join in curiosity.

We gather 9/10th and 9/13th from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
