Sress causes our body and mind to lose coherence. Stress leads to immune deficiency ( 🙋‍♀️ hello from an auto-immune person), lack of sleep, poor eating choices (no judgment - life is hard) but when I am stressed my BODY knows it & I feel the inflammation.


Massage helps with that healing journey. They are not just a "luxury" and I believe they are a necessity for our overall health. SO much more than maintenance on sore muscles. It is deeply therapeutic on all levels: mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. It's really like a clearing of all the gunk, a tune-up, and a mood shift all in one.
