🤍 YOU’RE INVITED! Come take a night off from cooking! 🌿

Join us for a FREE dinner, a night of worship, prayer, hope, and healing. Bring your family, invite a friend, or come just as you are. There’s a place for YOU here!

🍕 Enjoy pizza, all-beef hotdogs, food from a food truck, fresh veggies, fruit, and dessert. All food is FREE!

Whether you’re walking through a season of need or simply have encouragement to share, you are welcome. If you have a need, come and receive. If you don’t, come share a meal and encourage someone else.

We’ve all experienced seasons when we needed help, hope, or someone to stand beside us. Let’s show up for one another in love, without judgment, and remind each other that we don’t have to walk through life alone. 🤍

🎶 Aero Ministries will be leading us in worship as we gather for a night of hope and healing, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus.

If you or someone you know needs hope and healing, this night is for you. And if God has moved in your life, come share a meal and encourage someone who may need the hope you carry.

You might be surprised how the Donkey Bar got its name. 🤍🌿

Those little girls in the photos? That’s Katie and Kelly as children! Two girls who would grow up to become nurses, moms, and friends with a heart to care for people.

We love Jesus, we love people, and we want to make things with thoughtfully chosen ingredients to help people care for themselves. We believe God gave us that heart—and this soap is one small way we get to put it into practice.

One of us milks sheep (Kelly). The other makes WellSpring Colloidal Silver (Katie). Together, we combined fresh sheep milk and WellSpring Colloidal Silver into one handmade soap that became one of our most-loved bars.

And then there’s the scent—a fresh, clean fragrance that reminds us of a fresh spring among the cedars. The kind of bar you can’t stop sniffing. 🌿

But the name means even more to us.

Donkeys have a reputation for being stubborn—and let’s be honest, we can be stubborn and a hot mess ourselves! 😂

In Numbers 22, God used a donkey to get Balaam’s attention. The donkey actually saw what Balaam couldn’t, and God enabled it to speak.

Over the years, we’ve joked that if God could speak through a donkey, He could certainly work through two introverted moms like us.

We are so thankful that God loves and welcomes imperfect people, keeps shaping our hearts, and gives each of us opportunities to share His love with what He has given us.

The Donkey Nurse Bar is a little reminder: you don’t have to have it all together for God to work through you.

Whatever He has placed on your heart, don’t talk yourself out of it just because you feel ordinary or unqualified. Say “yes”, take a step in faith, and let Him guide you.

If He can use a donkey… He can use you, too. 🤍

What does it really mean to be crunchy? 🌿🤍

To us, it means being intentional about the things we bring into our homes, the products we use on our bodies, and the choices we make every day.

It means choosing simpler ingredients, supporting small businesses that care about what goes into their products, and finding ways to live a little more naturally.

But it also means something deeper to us.

It's about being good stewards of what we've been given, caring for our bodies and our families, and making room for a slower, more thoughtful way of living.

And that's exactly why we're so excited to be part of Fall Cincy Crunchy Fest 2026! 🌿

This event brings together small businesses, local farmers, and holistic health professionals who share a passion for intentional living. It's a chance to discover new products, meet the people behind the businesses, ask questions, and connect with a community that values quality and care.

Come say hello to us at The Cedar Shack, explore what we've been making, and take some time to visit all the wonderful vendors joining us!
