Not all yoga teacher trainings are created equal, and the one you choose will shape the person and teacher you become. 

Each training is unique in its approach, experience, delivery, and focus. This is your foundation. Make sure it’s solid, and something you feel good standing on and evolving from.

The right training isn’t the fastest or the cheapest. It’s the one that carries roots, transparency, experience, enrichment, and embodiment, and helps you become the teacher and practitioner you’re meant to be.

Flower Moon in the Bamboo Forest 🌕
Saturday May 2nd with !!!!

Join us beneath the blooming energy of the Flower Moon for an evening of gentle embodiment, connection, and renewal in the bamboo forest. This experience will be intuitively guided and may include elements such as card pulls, meditation, a mindful walk through the woods, soft restorative movement, and a grounding sound journey, along with a simple, heart-centered ritual to honor what is ready to blossom within you.

The natural resonance of the bamboo, the filtered sunlight, and the quiet rustling of the forest will enhance your experience—bringing you into deeper alignment with the rhythms of the earth and your own inner wisdom.

(This workshop is held at our partner location in Morrow. Located a half a mile off the road you’ll be met with 70 different species of bamboo and a 7 acre lake surrounded by a forest.)

A 3-Hour Immersion for the Woman Ready to Feel and Express Fully.

This is a space for self-remembrance.

Through breath, body, voice, and sound, we enter the places that have been silenced, suppressed, dimmed, or left unprocessed. Not to fix them ~ but to feel them. To move them. To integrate them.

In an intimate circle of no more than twelve women, we gather in a contained, intentional space where expression is welcomed and your primitive nature is honored.

We will explore:

– Breath as a doorway
– The body as oracle
– Voice as liberation
– Sound as recalibration
– Movement as medicine

This is where the sacred meets the wild.

Where power rises from embodied wholeness ~ not performance.

You will be seen.
You will be heard.
You will be held.

We close in circle and restorative integration to anchor what was activated. To soften. To receive. To allow your nervous system to land.

This is alchemy.

Not becoming someone new, but reclaiming the parts of you that were never meant to be buried and waiting to be set.
