You can now find us at our Hartsville and Carthage locations, and we couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter!

Dr. Grove will be out of the Lebanon office this Monday and Friday, but will be in the Carthage office seeing patients on those days!
We’re currently welcoming NEW patients and have openings for our existing practice members as well.
