🌸✨ What a day to remember. ✨🌸

This past Saturday, Meadow Haven came alive in the most beautiful way — with breath, blooms, and community filling every corner of the farm.

We gathered on the grass for an outdoor yoga class that felt less like exercise and more like a prayer to the season — bodies moving in the afternoon air, surrounded by wildflowers just doing their thing. Then we turned our hands to something ancient and meditative: crafting a wildflower mandala from the spring ephemeral blooms scattered across our land. Watching it take shape was a quiet kind of magic.

We also took time to be social. Snacks, laughter, foraged drinks, good music, and the kind of slow afternoon conversation that reminds you why gathering in person still matters so much.

 A few big thank-yous are in order 💛

 🙏 To everyone who showed up — your presence, your openness, and your willingness to be still and creative together made this day what it was. We’re so grateful you chose to spend your Saturday with us.

The meadow gave us gifts this week. 🌸💛
We’ve been out gathering wild violet blossoms and dandelion flowers — and steeping them into the most stunning jewel-toned teas you’ve ever seen. That deep violet. That golden amber. They’re being transformed into homemade simple syrups for something very special…
On May 2nd at 2 PM we’re hosting an all-levels outdoor yoga class right here at Meadow Haven Farm (2949 Cross Rds, Lebanon), followed by a spring social with live music, wildflower mandala-making, and seasonal snacks — and yes, those gorgeous foraged syrups will be going straight into your refreshing beverages at the social. 🌿🥂
Come move, create, sip, and linger with us. Bring a friend (or three). This is the kind of afternoon you’ll be talking about all summer.

In addition to Chair Yoga Monday and Friday 10:30-11:30 AM and Yoga Flow Wednesday 5:30-6:30 PM this week, Bike Blast is back!
I will be offering a beginner Bike Blast class this week in the fitness room at Town of Lebanon Parks and Recreation Department so if you have never taken a stationary bike group class before (or it’s been a long time since you joined one) this is a wonderful opportunity to get (back) in the saddle and learn basic skills. Please arrive 10 minutes before the 6:45 PM class start to get your bike adjusted to best fit you for a comfortable ride. Each cyclist controls their own resistance and speed for their own individualized level of challenge.
