Here’s the thing we wish more people knew:

There’s no need to wait until your pain is so bad you can hardly function to come in.

You don’t need a dramatic origin story either. Sometimes you just woke up one day and your knee had opinions. 🦵

We see people in Lebanon who sat on something for two years before they mentioned it. Almost all of them say the same sentence at their second visit:

“I should have come in sooner.”

Consider this your permission slip. 📝

How do you adjust a toddler? 🤔

I get asked this one constantly, usually by a mom picturing her two year old lying perfectly still on a table, which has never once happened in my office.

The real answer is that we meet your kid wherever they are that day!

If they want to sit on your lap the whole time, that works.

If they only feel okay standing next to you and holding your hand, we can do it that way.
If your toddler brings in a stuffed bunny and needs me to adjust the bunny first, then the bunny goes first, and that bunny is usually the reason he lets me near him at all. 😊

Toddlers throw curveballs and I have seen most of them by now, so nothing your kid does is going to surprise me or ruin the visit. 😉

In 2021 I blew out three discs in my own back. From coughing. COVID coughing! 🙃

I was out for the better part of two years and couldn’t even get on the floor with my boys.

So when somebody sits across from me and says they’ve already made peace with the fact that the garden is too much now, or the trip isn’t happening, I know that thought personally.

Most of the time, that thing is still on the table, but it takes a plan and somebody willing to say yes I can help you or no I can’t.

Twelve years of doing this in Lebanon, Ohio and that part never gets old 💚

Costco is the great equalizer 🤣

You can tell yourself you’re doing fine right up until you’re eyeing the benches by the pharmacy, or leaning on the cart a little harder than you used to on the walk to the back of the store, but we see you 👀

Pickleball’s the same. You didn’t quit. You just started being “busy” on Tuesdays.
