BEST FOOT FORWARD ONLINE APPLICATION--PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING!

The application will go LIVE Thursday morning 7/30/26.

We're ready to go! The 2026 Best Foot Forward Program event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 15th at Shoe Sensation in Lebanon (1691 Southdale Drive, in the plaza with Napa and Harbor Freight).

This year, we will be accepting applications for participation in the Best Foot Forward Program online through the Google Form below ONLY. We will NOT be able to accept registration through Facebook Messenger. We will not be able to guarantee participation for students on the day of the event if they are not registered.

We ask that you please fill out the application to the best of your ability. This year, we will be contacting everyone with a phone call to avoid any issues with missing emails or Facebook messages. Be sure to include your most “reachable” phone number so that we can get a hold of you with all of the details. Please check your voicemail as well, as we will leave all important information in a message if we are able to do so.

If we are able to provide shoes for your students, you WILL be contacted. Please do not contact Bays Cares, Inc. unless you have not heard from a representative. We will have many families to contact, so we appreciate your patience!

**Please note-- registration closes Friday morning the 31st. We are going to help as many students as we can, but space and funds are limited, and the program will be first come, first served as in past years. We appreciate your cooperation.

We have received numerous messages from concerned friends. Apparently Bays Chiropractic is TikTok famous!!

No damage to our property was done. The video looks far worse than what actually happened. (Although there is a small notch in the concrete curb that no doubt damaged the underside of the kid’s vehicle.)

Thanks for all who were concerned. See you all Monday!!
