Summer isn't over yet, but it's never too early to start thinking about a healthy sleep routine before school begins.
Rebecca Murphy, MD, shares a few tips to help make the transition a little easier:
๐ค Aim for 8-10 hours of sleep each night for teens. Younger children may need even more.
๐ฑ Limit screen time for at least one hour before bedtime.

About two weeks before school starts, gradually adjust bedtimes and wake-up times to help ease the transition back to a school schedule.
