The past two days have been a roller coaster of emotions. Many buried memories resurfaced braking open old wounds that I thought I had dealt with.

But when our soul calls for us to release and we fight it… the things we don’t want to deal with will eventually be illuminated over and over until we take the time to acknowledge them and work through it.

That might mean facing a fear, yelling into the wild until we can’t yell any longer, or crying till the box of tissues are gone.

The release of emotions in a healthy way frees us from our pain and suffering.

Sometimes it takes more than one way to release. I’ve gone through a half a box of Kleenex, did some yelling & swearing 🤬 too, and even kicked s**t out at the gym. The result is a calmer more pleasant state of mind and body.

Found this random message on the path as I was walking with a Friend.

It was a sweet reminder that we don’t always have to do big things to help a friend. It can be as simple as giving them a call, mailing them a card, sending them good wishes, or taking a walk in the woods.

What small thing did you do today to help a friend?!

It was a great pleasure for Limitless Ladies Network to serve the young ladies at the Beckish Senior Center yesterday!

Those ladies were so engaged and full of great questions, they were a pleasure to spend time with.

And they all left feeling so relaxed after doing evidence-based breathwork and meditation for longevity and optimal brain health.

I surprised them with a short sound session, that delighted all their senses.

Thank you for having me. I am honored and excited to be requested to go back for some more fun activities there in 2027!!
