Back-to-school season is here! ✏️📚

This week, our Resident Council continued a special annual tradition by donating school supplies to Hattie B. Stokes Elementary to help local students start the school year off right.

Representing The Waters of Lebanon were Resident Council Vice President Brenda and Activity Director Tracy. It was also a pleasure to meet the new principal, Mr. Hunt, during this year’s donation.

It’s Fitness Friday at The Waters of Lebanon!

Staying active is an important part of healthy aging, and we love finding fun ways to keep our residents moving. In addition to spending time in our therapy gym, residents enjoy activities like guided yoga classes and our energetic Move & Groove sessions with our friends from The Arc of Greater Boone County.

Nothing says summer quite like a day at the fair!

Last week, we brought a taste of the Boone County 4-H Fair to The Waters of Lebanon with fresh elephant ears for our residents to enjoy. A huge thank you to Dickerson and Kenna Concessions for helping us bring smiles to so many faces!

To keep the fair fun going, everyone also enjoyed fresh popcorn for an afternoon snack. 🍿

Baby, it’s hot outside… 🥵☀️🎄

…but we’re having a holly jolly time celebrating Christmas in July at The Waters of Lebanon! Santa and Mrs. Claus made a special visit to spread holiday cheer, handing out delicious chocolate Christmas trees while everyone admired our beautifully decorated Christmas tree. 🎅🎄🍫

It was a merry little celebration that brought plenty of smiles to our summer day!

A big thank you to The Arc for stopping by and getting our week off to a great start! 🎤🎶

From Buddy Holly to the Black Eyed Peas and Journey, there was something for everyone during karaoke hour. Our residents had a great time singing along to some favorite hits and enjoying a morning filled with music, smiles, and fun. We always have the best time with you!
