Fall fun is coming back to Alpine Valley!

Join us for the 2nd Annual Fall Community Fair on Saturday, September 12, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Bring the family for community vendors, free blood pressure screenings, pumpkin decorating, face painting, balloon animals, a petting zoo, a bounce house, games, and free hamburgers and hot dogs.

We will also have raffle baskets, with proceeds benefiting the American Heart Association and Alzheimer's Association.

The fair will be held outdoors at Alpine Valley Post Acute & Healthcare Center, 945 Duke Street, Lebanon, PA 17042. The event will be rescheduled in the event of rain.

We welcomed the one and only Elvis to Alpine Valley!

Our residents had a great time singing along to some of The King’s greatest hits and reminiscing about their favorite songs. There were plenty of smiles, a little dancing, and lots of good memories shared along the way!

Care that raises the standard every step of the way.

"I am at this moment a patient here rehabbing from a serious break in my femur. From the first moment I got here I felt as relaxed as I could with the level of pain I had. I was greeted with efficient calm and a smile. They knew my name already! And introduced themselves. Since then the staff here has gone out of their way to keep me informed and comfortable. No rush and no one pushes. PT is kind but firm, telling me I am doing well and allowing me to extend myself as wish. PT is the magic that will make us better as well as OT and these strong people push us regardless of their own comfort --always with patience and support with a smile.
The food is good home cooked too.
