Kay is dedicated to making every patient's stay comfortable and personal. Whether she’s stopping by with our snack amenity cart or coordinating special requests, she works tirelessly to ensure patients and their families feel supported, heard, and right at home.

Big things are happening at Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing! 🎉

Today, we officially started our in-house dialysis clinic with Dialyze Direct! Bringing dialysis right here to our facility means greater convenience, comfort, and continuity of care for our residents - and we are so excited to offer this incredible service!

We also kicked off our new partnership with Excel Health, bringing additional healthcare services directly to our residents. Today, we welcomed the dentist to provide convenient on-site dental care.

We're proud to continue finding new ways to make healthcare more accessible and improve the quality of life for those we serve!

Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, proudly serving the subacute and skilled nursing care populations in Lebanon, Tennessee, is excited to share the unveiling of their state-of-the-art Dialysis Center!

In partnership with Dialyze Direct, Quality Center is proud to offer on-site
dialysis services for patients and residents while on their healing journey
in the community.

By offering on-site dialysis services, patients at Quality Center have
the opportunity for more frequent dialysis treatments in Qualityʼs
comfortable and intimate setting, reducing the stresses caused by travel and long wait times at an off-site center to zero- allowing patients to get the most from their healing experience while at Quality Center.
