Military REBOOT isn’t therapy and it’s not a support group.
It’s a 𝒑𝒆𝒆𝒓-𝒍𝒆𝒅 program built by people with military experience, for Veterans who want to grow, not be f̵i̵x̵e̵d̵. It's a 12- week course that uses a faith-based Field Guide.

𝙄𝙩’𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩:
• Building healthier perspectives and relationships
• Identifying areas where life feels stuck or heavy
• Learning practical and faith-based ways to approach challenges differently

𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙚𝙨 ... 𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚:
✔️ Monday night dinner
✔️ A simple workbook + short videos
✔️ Honest conversations with people who get it
✔️ New friendships

Military REBOOT is simply choosing to do something positive for yourself and your family, alongside others who’ve worn the uniform and want more out of life after service.

We're so thankful for the VetConnect Program at the Countryside YMCA for offering this program at their locations. You do not need a Y membership to attend the class!
