Sunset Yoga returns to Yoga Lee this June and if you've never come before, this is your year.

picture it: an hour of creative, feel-good vinyasa flow, all levels welcome, set against one of the best sunset views the Berkshires has to offer. and when savasana ends, you can pause and stay for a few moments so you can soak in every last bit of golden light.

We have some exciting news! Our first Yoga Teacher Training class has graduated! 

Celebrate the newest teachers of the Yoga Lee family! Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training graduates are stepping onto the mat to lead their very first public classes — and we'd love to have you there.

These donation-based classes are open to all levels and offered on select Fridays at 6:45 PM and Sundays at 4:30 PM. Each class is led by a different graduating teacher, bringing their own unique voice, style, and heart to the practice.

Donations are accepted at your discretion, with proceeds going directly to a cause chosen by each teacher or to the teacher to continue in their education! Come move, show your support, and welcome these beautiful humans into the teaching community.

Please note that donations are CASH ONLY.

NEW CLASS
✨ Yin Yoga is officially on the schedule✨
🌙Wednesdays at 6:45pm with Beth 🌙

Yin is a slow, meditative practice that works deep into the body's connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons, joint capsules) to improve mobility, restore energetic flow, and cultivate real inner stillness.

Almost entirely floor-based, each pose is held for 2 to 5 minutes, letting gravity do the work instead of muscular effort. You may notice mild sensation or a gentle edge of stretch and learn to breathe through that is as much a part of the practice as the poses themselves.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin works along the body's meridian lines to encourage the smooth flow of qi. This makes it as much an energetic practice as a physical one.

All levels welcome

This summer we will have Barre pop ups about twice a month to spice things up.

Barre is a super fun class focusing on strength of those small muscles that support all your beautiful bodies do set to music. It is always a good workout and always a fun time especially with Candace!

This is your space to refine, and play where effort meets curiosity.

Recommended for students familiar with Feel Powerful or Feel Empowered classes. If you've built your foundation, this is where you build your edge.
