Naloxone Saves Lives

Naloxone is a safe and easy-to-use medication that can rapidly reverse an opioid overdose. Any Veteran can request a naloxone kit at no cost from the VA pharmacy — no prescription needed.

Taking opioids recreationally, or even as prescribed, comes with a risk of overdose. If you or someone you know uses opioids — or unprescribed stimulants that may contain unknown opioids like fentanyl — you should have naloxone on hand. Quick training on use is available from your VA pharmacist.

Join us on Friday, September 4, 2026, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, at the Worcester VA Clinic, 403 Belmont Street, for an incredible selection of locally grown fruits and vegetables, available at no cost. This initiative is part of our ongoing effort to combat food insecurity and ensure those who serve our country have access to healthy, nutritious food.

The Mobile Farmers Market will be held on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.
