Looking for a local resource for acupuncture, Chinese medicine, or holistic health? I wanted to let you know I'm here.
I'm Laura Mathews, a Pennsylvania licensed, board-certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist with over 20 years of clinical experience. My practice, Dear Heart Acupuncture, is located in Lucinda, and I'm also the owner of Dear Heart Medicinals & Mercantile near Cook Forest.
My work goes well beyond acupuncture alone. I use a whole-person approach that may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, supplements, and helping people make sense of the often overwhelming amount of health information out there.
I work with people navigating chronic pain, Lyme and lingering post-Lyme symptoms, women's health and hormones, digestive issues, stress and anxiety, sleep, injuries, surgical recovery, and many other health concerns.
