May is World Maternal Mental Health Month. 1 in 5 moms worldwide experience a mental health condition. Being aware of these conditions supports early identification, connection to treatment and improved outcomes for moms, children and families.

Starting on May 20 (one week from today), we are adding a new time for our Perinatal Mood Support for Moms and Birthing People Support Group 💙 You'll be able to join group at 1:30 am Eastern Time on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month.

PSI Support groups are online, confidential, and always free.

Come join a monthly perinatal specific consultation group to hone your skills with the perinatal population, including: diagnosis and treatment, evidence-based practices, engaging in collaborative care, and complex client presentations. All experience levels welcome--from those just starting out to the seasoned therapists in the field. We all have something to learn from each other! Dates begin in May.

Today we wear orange to help spread awareness and start conversations surrounding infertility! The more we can have conversations surrounding infertility the less isolating and stigmatized it becomes.

this week is national infertility week and i wanted to take a moment to acknowledge just how many of us are quietly carrying this

globally, 1 in 6 couples will experience infertility in their lifetime. that is not a small number… that is someone in almost every single room you walk into

and yet, it is one of the loneliest things a person can go through. because so much of it happens in private. in waiting rooms. on bathroom floors. in the quiet grief of another month, another negative, another loss that the world never knew about

infertility doesn’t look just one way
it lives in the woman who has been trying for years with no explanation. in the couple navigating IVF. in the mama who keeps losing her babies before she gets to keep one. in the woman who has decided she cannot keep going.. and is learning to grieve a future she always imagined

every single path deserves to be seen this week
