Sprinting faster starts with better mechanics. 🏃‍♂️

Focus on:

• Full arm swing
• Staying on the balls of your feet
• Toes up
• Quick ground contact
• Strong knee drive
• Keeping your feet low and efficient

Small technique adjustments can make a big difference in how you move, accelerate, and sprint.

Homeschooling doesn’t have to mean doing everything alone. ❤️

Your kids deserve a place to move, make friends, build confidence, and grow alongside other kids in a positive environment.

Active Strength Homeschool Fitness combines structured movement with the things that matter beyond the gym:

💪 Strength & confidence
🤝 Friendships & community
⭐ Discipline & character
🧠 Healthy minds & bodies
❤️ A place to belong

Because sometimes the best lessons aren’t learned sitting at a desk. They’re learned working together, trying something new, encouraging a friend, and discovering what you’re capable of.

BIG shoutout to the Kansas City Chiefs on starting the 2026 season with a dominant 31–10 Monday Night Football win over the Denver Broncos! 🔥🏈

Chiefs cornerback Kristian Fulton Kristian Fulton stepped up and balled out as the Kansas City defense held Denver to just 10 points.

Last week, Kristian and performance coach Jordan Collins M.Ed. CSCS Jordan Collins, M.Ed., CSCS, came to Active Strength Co. to prepare for the season opener. Their session focused on in-season maintenance—mobility, stability, movement quality, and keeping Kristian’s body healthy and ready to perform at the highest level.

We’re honored that Jordan and Kristian chose our facility for their work, and we’re excited to have them continue training with us throughout the season.

When a highly respected performance coach and an NFL athlete trust Active Strength, it speaks to the environment, equipment, and level of performance training we’ve built right here in Lee’s Summit.

Trusted by the pros. Built for every athlete.
Congratulations on the Week 1 win, Kristian and thank you both for trusting Active Strength! 💪🏾

📊 STOP GUESSING. START MEASURING.

You can’t improve what you don’t measure.

At Active Strength, we want to know exactly where our athletes are in their development—not just whether they look faster, stronger, or more explosive.

We test. We track. We retest. 📈

Testing allows us to identify:
⚡ Where an athlete currently stands
🎯 What areas need the most attention
💪 Where they’re making progress
📈 How their training is actually working

Most importantly, it gives athletes AND parents real numbers they can see and understand.

When you come in for your FREE Athlete Assessment, we’ll run your athlete through several of the same performance tests we use with our athletes, including speed, explosiveness, agility, and power.

From there, we can build a better roadmap to get them from where they are → where they want to be.

Train with purpose. Track the progress. Measure the results.
