Healthy Hydration Series: Week 6!
Dr. Kristen likes to use different LMNT flavors in different seasons--Lemonade is refreshing for summer, 🏖️ and chocolate goes great in hot cocoa for winter ❄️(though it can also be added to a smoothie!).
She loves golf, lifting weights, and and taking Maisie on walks outside--LMNT helps replace the electrolytes she uses from sweating.
This Spring, Dr. Kristen and Maisie have a goal to get outside and walk every day--and now Isla gets to walk with them, too! 👶
