This is not surprising… that it got moved off in the first place was!

FDA’s own advisory committee voted 8-6 Thursday. BPC-157, on the compounding list now, for ulcerative colitis.

FDA staff argued against it, laid out the data gaps, the whole case. Panel overruled them anyway.

Funny how that works. Half these panel seats got refilled this year with people who’ve got actual ties to the peptide industry, and suddenly the vote breaks the direction everyone in this space already knew it would.

People have run this compound for years. The agency’s just now filing the paperwork on it.

Still needs FDA sign-off. Still non-binding.
