Loudoun Lyric Opera

10/25/2026

Opera is made by people, for people. Happy ! 🎭

Today the opera world celebrates the art form that brings together everything we love: glorious voices, live orchestra, timeless stories, and the thrill of hearing it all unamplified in the room with you.

Here in Loudoun County, we're counting down to our fall MainStage production — Mozart's Così fan tutte, a sparkling comedy of disguises, wagers, and the hearts that get caught in the middle.

🗓 Saturday, November 14
📍 St. David's Episcopal Church, Ashburn
🎟 Tickets: loudounlyricopera.org/events

New to opera? Così is the perfect first one — funny, human, and full of some of the most beautiful music Mozart ever wrote. Bring a friend who's never been!

The orchestra and choir sound fabulous! But you’ll have to come out tonight to hear the soloists from Loudoun Lyric Opera join the Loudoun Symphony Orchestra and Master Singers of Virginia. See you there at 7:30pm at Independence High School!

Our season is officially underway! First stop - Beethoven’s 9th, with our friends at the Loudoun Symphony Orchestra and the Master Singers of Virginia!

Collaboration Spotlight

Our season opener is a true Loudoun arts collaboration.

For A Joyous Community, the Loudoun Symphony Orchestra is joining forces with the Master Singers of Virginia and Loudoun Lyric Opera to present Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9.

This performance brings together instrumentalists, vocal soloists, and chorus for a work that changed the possibilities of the symphony itself.

It is a fitting way to open our 35th anniversary season: with collaboration, scale, and a shared commitment to the arts in Loudoun County.
