North Spring offers a continuum of behavioral health services for children and adolescents including inpatient acute care, residential treatment, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment. Physicians are on the medical staff of North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of North Spring Behavioral Healthcare. Day one of team building at North Spring Academy was all about teamwork, communication and a little friendly competition! Students put their problem-solving skills to the test by working together to stack cups into a tower using only string.

The activity challenged them to think creatively, communicate effectively and trust one another as they worked toward a common goal. Great job, everyone! We can't wait to see what the rest of the week brings.

This summer, high school students at North Spring Academy reached for the stars during an exciting astronomy enrichment course. As part of their learning experience, students created their own galaxy sensory bottles while exploring fascinating topics such as stars, nebulas and the vast wonders of our universe.

Hands-on activities like these help bring science to life, encouraging creativity, curiosity and a deeper appreciation for the world beyond our planet. We're proud of our students for embracing new opportunities to learn, discover and imagine what lies among the stars!

Help make the transition a little easier by creating consistent routines, keeping workspaces organized, preparing for the morning the night before, encouraging healthy sleep habits and making time for open conversations about feelings.

Most importantly, remind your child that they don't have to have everything figured out on the first day. A little patience, reassurance and connection can go a long way in helping them start the school year with confidence.
