Join us tomorrow for our 3rd annual Summer Program Bake Sale and treat yourself to delicious homemade baked goods while supporting a great cause!

Every purchase makes a difference! All proceeds will go directly toward funding our Summer Program, helping provide meaningful learning experiences for our participants.

Local business owners and entrepreneurs — we would love to have you involved.

As part of our Summer at PosAbilities program, our participants are preparing for a Shark Tank-style business showcase. They are developing business ideas, practicing their presentations, and preparing to pitch their concepts to local business owners and community leaders.

We are currently looking for:

1 additional guest judge:
We are fortunate to already have two judges committed. We are looking for one more business owner or entrepreneur to join the panel, listen to participant presentations, ask supportive questions, and provide encouraging, practical feedback.

2 additional business sponsors:
We are grateful to already have one business sponsor committed. Sponsors will support participant winners by providing seed money and one mentorship conversation to help them take the next step with their idea.

You are welcome to serve as a judge, sponsor a participant winner, or do both.

This is a meaningful opportunity to help our participants build confidence, communication skills, creativity, problem-solving, and real-world entrepreneurship experience.

The showcase will take place on Friday, July 31.

PosAbilities ABA Clinic is expanding, and we're looking for passionate professionals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

We are currently seeking qualified:

✔ Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs/BCBAs)

✔ Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) Facilitators

✔ Other qualified Therapeutic Consultation professionals

We’re hiring at PosAbilities Center!

We are looking for a Program Instructor / Program Lead Trainee to join our team in Leesburg.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with teens and adults with developmental disabilities and wants to grow into a leadership role.

This is not just a “show up and supervise” position. We are looking for someone who can help lead meaningful activities, support participants with respect and consistency, manage transitions, follow support plans, complete documentation, and grow into someone who can help run the day-to-day flow of the program.

The right person will be:

Reliable
Calm under pressure
Organized
Comfortable leading groups
Open to feedback and coaching
Passionate about helping individuals build independence, confidence, communication, and life skills

Experience in disability support, ABA, special education, day support, therapeutic recreation, or human services is preferred.

Thank you to all the families who registered and to our community for the incredible interest in this year’s summer program. At this time, we are at capacity and are no longer accepting new applications for Summer 2026.

We are grateful for the trust families place in PosAbilities and look forward to a meaningful, fun, and skill-building summer with our participants.

🎉 Exciting News for PosAbilities!

We are honored to share that PosAbilities has been selected to receive funding through the InternshipsVA Matching Grant Program.

This support will help us create paid internship opportunities for eligible Virginia students while strengthening our programs and investing in the next generation of professionals in disability services.

Our internship program will include three tracks:

🌟 Disability Support Internship
💼 Finance/Bookkeeping Internship
📋 Compliance/Quality Improvement Internship
