If you’re new here, I’m Lisa, owner of Every Body Pilates.
My approach is rooted in the original teachings of Joseph Pilates and shaped by years of study in movement, biomechanics, post-rehabilitation training, bone health, and neuromovement.
I came to Pilates after an injury because it made sense from a biomechanics standpoint, and it completely changed how I understood movement and strength.
At Every Body Pilates, we focus on personalized instruction, safe progression, and helping people move better in everyday life.
This work is not about trends or intensity.
It is about building strength, stability, control, and confidence in a way that supports your body long term.
Pilates truly is for every body.
