We have recently moved to a smaller, more intimate space on our farm outside of Leesport Pa.

We offer comprehensive Pilates training utilizing the Pilates equipment for private, one-on-one training, along with small group training. Lisa Priebe is the proud the owner of Every Body Pilates. Lisa and her team of Qualified Fletcher Teachers present the full Fletcher Pilates exercises. LIsa is also one of two Fletcher faculty on the east coast. Everybody Pilates offers a full service Pilates studio with workshops and an emphasis on the Fletcher work.

If you’re new here, I’m Lisa, owner of Every Body Pilates.

My approach is rooted in the original teachings of Joseph Pilates and shaped by years of study in movement, biomechanics, post-rehabilitation training, bone health, and neuromovement.

I came to Pilates after an injury because it made sense from a biomechanics standpoint, and it completely changed how I understood movement and strength.

At Every Body Pilates, we focus on personalized instruction, safe progression, and helping people move better in everyday life.

This work is not about trends or intensity.

It is about building strength, stability, control, and confidence in a way that supports your body long term.
Pilates truly is for every body.

Most people do not realize how important breath is in Pilates.

Breath is not just something happening in the background. It is a fundamental part of the work.

In Pilates, we use lateral breathing to support movement, engage the deep core muscles, and create stability throughout the body.

When breath and movement work together, exercises become more controlled, more efficient, and more connected.

Learning how to breathe properly can completely change how your body moves and feels.

This is one of the many reasons Pilates is as much about awareness as it is about strength.
