We are pleased to announce that Lacey Parker,RN has been appointed Administrator of Vernon Home Health.

Lacey brings over 20 years of progressive leadership and clinical experience across inpatient rehabilitation, home health, hospice, and acute care. She has led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex operations, and driven outcomes across roles including CEO, Director of Nursing, Case Management, and Senior Nurse Liaison.
Lacey’s career has been defined by compassionate, individualized patient care and results-driven leadership. Her blend of operational rigor and bedside understanding will help us advance our mission: delivering exceptional care at home, where patients heal best.
