This is what anxiety and depression looks like. 💭

It’s not always easy to see. It’s not always about a frowned face, slumped shoulders, and federated demeanor.

Just because it’s not always easy to see — doesn’t mean it’s not there. Remember to be kind to yourself and each other.

When we realize we’re in this together, it makes it so much easier to carry on, rise up, and feel well!

The legend himself, Alex Boyé is putting on a Su***de Prevention MEGA concert on May 7th at the Maverick Center and you’re invited!

All of you!

We’ve got 12,000 seats available (free of charge) and we want every single one of them filled with advocates for mental health and su***de prevention.

Bring yourself, your office associates, your kids, your youth groups, church groups and your loved ones for a powerful night of music, spoken word and healing like no other.

We’re also looking for a few more co-sponsors — so get at if if you want to help us put on this MEGA event.

Any mental health organizations, therapists, or su***de prevention groups, we invite you to come and set up a booth for free at concert and share your skills and abilities with thousands of people in attendance.

and are rallying around this event and may even take the stage for a few minutes (as guest speakers, not musicians 😆😆).
