Life’s been full with moving and settling in, but I’m so excited to finally have a dedicated massage space in my home.

Is it a fancy spa suite? Not yet.
Is it peaceful, cozy, and created with care? Absolutely.

I’ve got a room set aside just for sessions, with a curtain divider that keeps my well-loved bookshelf wall (hello novels, nerdy collectibles, and lifelong knick-knacks) tucked away so you can fully relax. Real life, real space, real intention.

✨ Exciting update! ✨
I’ve decided to discontinue in-home massage sessions so I can focus on what I love most: bringing chair massage to workplaces, markets, and events, and offering table massage exclusively at Hand & Stone in Lehi every Sunday (10–6).

Since graduating from the Myotherapy College of Utah in 2021, Hand & Stone has been my professional home, and I’m so grateful to come back from my maternity leave and continue serving clients there. 💆‍♀️
