Emotional & Nervous System Support:
Emotional stress can become “stored” in the body when experiences are not
fully processed. Over time, this can keep the body and nervous system
stuck in survival states like fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, affecting both
emotional and physical well-being.
My work focuses on helping the body safely release stress patterns, regulate
the nervous system, and removing blocks to restore balance and flow.

restore flow and reduce energetic stagnation.
