Who else is obsessed with how phenomenal Hilary Duff looks ?!

She's right ! Salmon s***m (PDRN) is amazing! I like to pair it with microneedling and red light therapy for better pe*******on.

My microneedling treatments are done with PDRN+ (added vitamin & minerals, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid ) as well as red light therapy to
✅️increase skin hydration
✅️tighten pores
✅️smooth fine lines
✅️decrease acne scars
✅️smooth fine lines
✅️stimulate collagen and elastin
✅️restore a healthy glow

You've embraced eating better and even balanced splurging a little on 2 separate vacations.
You bought a walking pad and have been commuted to walking at least 6000 steps daily.
I think I almost have you talked in to starting some weight lifting!

I'm just a girl who loves lip filler, but hate when its obvious that its lip filler..

Each lip will fill a little differently. I love a natural look. These lips were perfect for it.

Face it. Being conscious about what you're eating is a must- both for weight loss and weight management.
Yes, ESPECIALLY if you are on GLP-1 food choices are important.

It doesn't have to be hard.
- hydrate with plenty of water. ( some sugar free flavor packets are ok to help get water in but too much will make you bloated)
-choose a LEAN protein source with every meal. (Chicken, turkey, lean cuts of beef, pork, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, lower fat cheeses)
-carbs are ok. Eat them WITH a protein and choose FOOD carbs over snack carbs. - ex. smaller portions of pastas, potatoes, rice, oatmeal, beans, fruits, veges . Choose these instead of candies, cakes , sugary drinks and heavily refined foods.
-plan what youre eating on workdays. Take your food with you or follow the same advice above when you eat out.
-add flavor and spices so eating these foods actually taste good ! Watch the calories on bottled condiments and dressings!

EZ Taco salad I could eat daily:
1 bag shredded lettuce
4oz lean ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning
Salsa (fresh PICO mix 🤤)
Taco sauce
1/4 cup reduced fat or fat free shredded cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (works as a sour cream replacement and adds protein)
Crumble in a few tortilla chips if you need a crunch.

High protein and super easy. It will fill you up and put you in the right direction for weight management.

❓️Did you know filler can be dissolved.

Yes! Traditional fillers made with hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with Hylenex.

I saw a patient back yesterday who wanted additional lip filler for a little more fullness. Last lip filler was by me several months ago. On assessment her top lip filler had migrated to loose lip tissue and didn't look as good as it had initially.

To give her the most desirable outcome the best option was to dissolve the filler in the top lip. Adding more filler would have only made the migrated filler more noticeable.

- SO we added some hylenex. We will give it time to dissolve and allow the lip to heal prior to injecting more filler..approximately 2-4 weeks depending on progress.

Admitting you need to dissolve your own work isnt fun, but she will ultimately be happier with her end result this way 🩷

High protein meals will help you feel fuller longer and they help support your muscle mass - which supports your metabolism. You want to increase your lean protein intake.

- 1 egg+4 egg whites
-spinach
-2 slices Canadian bacon
-1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
-sprinkle of parmesean cheese

-1/3 cup plain instant oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- top with sugar free pancake syrup.

40 grams of protein in this breakfast. It will help start your day off right and curb cravings for hours!

✨️Soft and Balanced.

Another great example of how a little filler can help balance the face.

✅️Volume and height added to upper and lower lip.
✅️Filler placed with the goal of increasing projection to lower lip --> improving the balance of her profile.
✅️Small amounts of filler added to oral commuisures and and lower lip central border to softly curve and evert the lip.

She can always choose to add a little more filler later but I am a huge fan of balance over volume❗️
