The season of Summer comes with long days and busy schedules. We tend to pack more in and ask more of ourselves. Take this time for an intentional, conscious timeout, self-care, rest and reflection.

Be sure to bring your mat, bolsters, pillows, blankets, eye covers or anything else you can think of to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

Have you taken a class with Shawn yet? He’s got a safe and grounding energy that we love. If you didn’t know, Shawn actually started as an instructor in Michigan and last year he decided to head down south and join us here. We’re so glad he did. 💜 Shawn‘s schedule changed a little bit for the Summer and you can catch his classes on Mondays at 7:15 AM and 7:30 PM, Thursdays at 6 AM and 6 PM and Sundays at 9 AM and 10:30 AM. đŸ«¶

Our May Challenge Starts May 1 and it’s a POINTS CHALLENGE!

Starting on May 1, you’ll be able to track your standing in the challenge by clicking on the Rewards tab in the Twisted app and selecting the May Points Challenge. Get the most points and win an Annual Membership! 2nd Place Gets a 6 Month Membership and 3rd Place wins a 3 Month Membership. Top 20 get a free Twisted water bottle. 

All month long, get triple points on attendance and friend referrals! Plus your usual points on purchases (1 point per dollar spent)! Every Saturday we will announce way to get extra points the following week.

There are no losers because Twisted Rewards Points = real discounts and free stuff!
