Happy national Foam Rolling Day ⭐

I love teaching my clients how to foam roll. They are a great addition to any exercise program. A convenient and cost effective alternative to massage.

Foam rolling or self-myofascial release has incredible health benefits. Some of these include increased blood flow, increased range of motion, improved pre and post exercise performance. The benefits extend to athletes, runners, everyday people, and can even help with weight loss. Learn more here!
