✨✨Step into the magic of Wild Rest Sanctuary, where the ordinary gives way to wonder and anything feels possible. Nestled on this sacred and enchanting land, we’ll gather surrounded by nature as the forest comes alive with the illumination of the fireflies.

As the evening unfolds, sisters Laura and Erin will guide you through a deeply restorative outdoor sound bath. As the healing vibrations fill the evening air, we’ll invite nature itself to become part of the experience, allowing the glowing fireflies and nature’s own symphony to join us in a way that simply couldn’t exist indoors.

As twilight falls, we’ll gather for a meaningful and transformative Unlock Your Light Ceremony—a simple yet powerful experience created to honor the light within each of us and the beauty of gathering together.

Afterward, stay and enjoy:

I invite you into a safe and welcoming space where movement, music, and shared rhythm become a pathway into connection. Yes, we’ll learn choreography, and have fun.

But this
is also an offering that is about experiencing what becomes possible when your body, the music, and the people around you begin to move together. Through rhythm, we discover presence. Through shared movement, we experience belonging. Through music, we remember that we are already connected. Surrounded by nature, we connect to the elements. It’s all magical alchemy!

And when we move together, we often discover possibilities we would never have found alone.

Sarga: Sanskrit and Spanish roots meaning "tapestry woven from many threads, and creation of energy manifested into many forms."

Sarga Dance is a celebration of movement, music, and community, where the elements of water, earth, fire, and air meet the crystalline beings we are. Together we weave a living tapestry through choreographed dance, somatic movement, and curated music that moves your body and expands your soul.

Each class honors the elements as teachers and ourselves as part of the whole. We are connected to the earth beneath us, the water within us, the fire that ignites us, and the air that breathes us. Dance experience is not necessary!
Come as you are but probably in comfy clothes 😉!

Be joyfully prepared to SWEAT, MOVE, and CONNECT!

You’re warmly invited to gather under beautiful skies, on sacred land to connect and drum.
No drumming experience required.

Bring something to bang on. Djembe, bongos, box drum, tambourine, wood blocks… or a pot lid. 🤗Cowbell is welcome! I’ll have a few instruments to share on a first come, first serve. Bring water, blankets, chair, and snack to share!
