My friend at Creatively Curated Photography just sent me the photos she took and I have to share one NOW! Sister Erin and I offered Firefly Frequency—A Sacred Sound Bath yesterday evening at The Healing Center!

Mark your calendar for our next one! 6/13 time is TBD but after 7:30 pm!

When I say it was magical, that doesn’t even begin to describe the experience. The beings on the land, whether feathery, scaly, ancient, or ethereal chimed in and added their own synchronistic magic!
We will be offering these throughout the summer and autumn months, so please stay tuned!!

Dear Unlock Your Light Wellness Clients,

While I am doing my best to keep as many scheduled appointments as possible, my boys and I have been unexpectedly displaced from our apartment due to enormous rain leaks and subsequent mold. Our place has officially been declared unhabitable.

As the only adult in the home, it’s been a challenge to get us and our animals out, find temporary housing, manage arising health concerns, and find resources to help us navigate this. We are now safely out of the apartment building with a temporary living situation. However, most of our belongings are a complete loss and I’m still needing to go back and forth to grab the rest of my keepsakes. Orion is also very ill. We are currently at Children’s Mercy. He’s receiving treatment, CT ordered, and so far he’s been able to rest.

There have been a lot of urgent matters that have required paperwork, phone calls and my physical presence during business hours. I am hopeful that the immediate crisis is being resolved and that I will be able to resume my normal schedule very soon.

Please know that I value each and every one of you. If I had to reschedule (or need to), please know I appreciate your understanding and support so very much during this challenging time!

That first pic was 9 years ago when I first started! Thai massage will always have a special place in my heart. I just finished a part 2 level one class last week! 💜 ✨💫
When I was a dance major at KSU, Thai yoga massage was a modality I choose to present for a class. I didn’t even know this modality existed until that moment in time when I saw it on the list to choose from. It felt like a remembering, and echoed a pull toward becoming an LMT long before I named it.
Over the years, (even more recently this past summer), health challenges though deepened my empathy, it required me to step back from Thai massage. Working through old stories of doubt and imposter syndrome and self worth along the way, I was meant to see this memory resurface next to where I am now. This modality was a major step in my healing in the past 6 months.
I can truly feel how far I’ve traveled. Sooooo beyond grateful that my body can do this again, and deeply thankful for the clients who trust me and allow me to step into my purpose. ✨✨💫✨💫
A special shout out to Sarah Giboney who believed in me so long ago when I started and Sara Johnston Lmt who has helped connect me back to parts of myself now. And your names are definitely not lost on me in my world of synchronicity! ✨💜✨💫
