Young athletes often play through the pain, whether they don’t want to miss game day or just assume sore muscles are part of the deal! While post game fatigue can be normal, pushing through real discomfort shouldn’t be a badge of honor. Parents, keep an eye out for sneaky signs like changes in stride, sudden hesitation toward favorite drills or complaints that just won’t clear up.

No need to panic over every minor ache, but finding that sweet spot is key: listen closely, ask questions, prioritize smart recovery and get an evaluation when something feels off. Keeping our young stars active, healthy and performing at their very best is always a team effort! ⭐️🏈🏆

Today, we remember September 11, 2001

We honor the lives lost, the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice, and the countless individuals whose courage and service helped our nation through an unimaginable day.

May we never forget the strength, unity, and compassion shown in the face of tragedy.
