Lakeview Village resident Richard Catlett has been part of this community’s story since the 1960s. Over the years, he’s worn many hats — board member, financial advisor, CEO, and now, resident. Along the way, he’s helped shape Lakeview Village in countless ways and built lasting relationships with the people who call it home.
Few people know this community as well as Richard, and his passion for its mission has never wavered. Today, we’re excited to sit down with him and hear his reflections on the people, milestones, and memories that have made Lakeview Village such a special place for more than 60 years.

But his “Dr.” title didn’t come from a conservatory—it came from a career in medicine. And playing the sax isn’t a retirement hobby.
