We're proud to recognize our Peer Support Specialist, Josh Carden, for successfully completing Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training alongside local law enforcement and community partners.

This training focuses on recognizing and responding to individuals experiencing mental health crisis, substance use challenges, and emotional distress with empathy, communication, and connection to resources.

With Josh's completion, he is now the 4th member of out team to be CIT trained. Having team members with this training helps strengthen the collaborative approach our community is taking to support individuals where they are and connect them to help when they need it most.

Great job, Josh!

πŸŽ‰Help Us Wish Our Peer Support Specialist, Steve, a Happy Birthday!πŸŽ‰

Today we are celebrating Steve! He isn't big on recognition, but he absolutely deserves it. He is our definition of "tough love" in all the best ways.

His honesty, grit, and heart for the people we serve make a real impact every single day. Our team, and our community, is stronger because he is in it.

Join us in wishing Steve a happy birthday! We hope today brings him at least half of the good he puts into the world. πŸ’š
