Caldwell County is launching a voluntary Special Needs Registry to help emergency responders better assist residents with special needs before, during, and after disasters. If you or a loved one could benefit, please register at https://www.caldwellcountync.org/539/Special-Needs-Registry

- The registry is for individuals who may need extra assistance during an emergency but do not require hospital care.
- Registration does not guarantee priority or immediate assistance.
- Everyone should have a personal emergency preparedness plan.
