Back pain in athletes isn’t random—and it’s usually not just a “back problem.”

If you play a sport that involves rotation (baseball, lacrosse, golf, tennis), your body needs to transfer force efficiently. When it doesn’t… your back pays the price.

We broke it all down in our latest blog 👇
Why it happens
What to look for
And what to actually do about it

👉 Read it here: https://www.motionevolved.com/blog/back-pain-in-rotational-athletes-a-guide-to-sports-injury-physical-therapy-and-getting-back-in-the-game

Most athletes don’t get “randomly” injured.
They just ignore the warning signs until their body forces them to stop.

If this sounds familiar…
✔️ Your back is always tight after practice
✔️ You feel a pinch when you rotate
✔️ Your performance is starting to drop

That’s not just soreness. That’s your body compensating—and it usually doesn’t end well.

The problem?
Your back is likely doing work it shouldn’t be doing in the first place.
👉 If you’re in-season, training hard, or trying to stay ahead of injury—this is the time to fix it, not push through it.

We’re offering FREE athlete injury evaluations in May + 25% off follow-up visits

Out-of-network care isn’t for everyone — and that’s okay.

But it is different than standard PT.
More time.
More attention.

Care that’s actually built around you, not a schedule or a checklist.

If you’ve tried PT before and it didn’t stick…
this might feel different.
