My heart is full after another beautiful experience at the Free Library of Philadelphia.

There’s something special about bringing sound healing into the heart of the city and watching people give themselves permission to pause, breathe, and simply be for a while.

Thank you to everyone who joined me and trusted me with your evening.

Whether you came seeking rest, relaxation, clarity, or simply a break from the pace of everyday life, I hope you left feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

I’m incredibly grateful to the Free Library of Philadelphia for continuing to create opportunities for accessible wellness programming within our community. It is always an honor to share this work in such a welcoming space.

I left feeling inspired, grateful, and excited for what may come next. While we don’t yet have a return date on the calendar, I can already say that I look forward to being back.

Until then, thank you for another memorable evening of stillness, sound, and connection.

Sunday’s Expand & Exhale was everything I hoped it would be.

One of my favorite things about hosting at Studio 67 is that each month attendees get to experience something a little different. Through a rotating roster of talented practitioners, we create opportunities to explore multiple modalities that support healing, relaxation, self-discovery, and nervous system restoration.

It is always an honor to hold this space and witness people give themselves permission to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply receive.
And if I’m being honest, I have another monthly ritual...

After the sound bath, you’ll often find me making a stop at Peewee’s Ice Cream for a dairy-free, gluten-free treat. Their flavors are always fresh, always delicious, and lately have been the perfect reward on a hot summer evening.

Grateful for another beautiful gathering, grateful for the practitioners who share their gifts, and grateful for the little moments that make these Sundays so special.

If you missed us this month, I’d love to see you next month for Serenity & Sound at Studio 67. Until then, keep making space to expand, exhale, and enjoy the sweet things in life.

This is why I take such care with every experience I offer.

From the way the space is prepared, to the energy I bring into the session, to the way each person is welcomed, supported, and held- nothing about this work feels casual to me.

Reiki is subtle, but it is not surface-level.

It can meet the body, the energy field, the emotions, and the nervous system in ways that feel deeply restorative, grounding, and sometimes even visibly noticeable.

I’m so grateful for these words and for the trust of every person who comes into my space to receive.
