Do you make decisions about your health and wellness based on recommended from your physician and reputable scientists, or do you have more trust in social media influencers and do you do your own "research?" 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

"At least 45 people in Idaho have tested positive for campylobacteriosis linked to raw milk, the state’s Department of Health and Welfare said on Wednesday, as authorities investigate two different raw milk sources thought to have sickened almost 60 people so far."

Campylobacteriosis is sometimes carried by animals like cows and chickens, and can spread through raw meat.

Lady Tan's Circle of Women: A Novel by Lisa See

Sharing from a friend, for those who still don't understand why Pride Month is important and necessary:

Pride Month has always been interesting to me because, underneath the parades, colors, music, and celebrations… it’s really about something surprisingly ordinary.

Not extraordinary.
Not attention-seeking.
Not “special treatment.”

Just the human desire to stop editing yourself before you walk into a room.

That’s it.

A lot of people see Pride as loud. But for many people, Pride started in silence. Years of filtering words. Changing mannerisms. Avoiding certain conversations. Shrinking parts of yourself to make other people comfortable.

And honestly? That kind of exhaustion is something almost everyone can relate to in some way.

The weird part most people miss:
Pride Month isn’t only a celebration of identity.
It’s a celebration of relief.

Relief from hiding.
Relief from apologizing for existing.
Relief from carrying fear into everyday life.

You don’t have to fully understand someone’s life to understand the value of that.

At the end of the day, Pride represents dignity, authenticity, resilience, and the freedom to exist openly without shame.

And the world could probably use a little more of that across the board.
