Working with disabled veterans is some of the most meaningful work I do. Through Trauma Touch Therapy, I offer a safe, respectful form of massage that honors the lived experiences held in the body—especially for those who have endured trauma, injury, or long-term stress.

This is not “push through the pain” bodywork. It’s slow, intentional, and grounded in consent. The goal is to help the nervous system settle, restore a sense of safety, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Many veterans find this work helps with:

✨ Hypervigilance and stress
✨ Sleep challenges
✨ Reconnecting with their body in a safe way
