Charles Robert Williams

Charles Robert Williams, 76, of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Jennie Stuart Health in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

He was born Wednesday, December 7, 1949, the son of the late Charles Virgil Williams and the late Virginia Nell (Christmas) Williams. He was the husband of the late Mary Frances (Burchett) Williams.

He was retired from ITW, a US Army Veteran, and a former captain in the AMVETS Post 64 in Lewisburg.

Surviving are two daughters, Bobbie Jo Scott and Christy Williams, both of Russellville; granddaughter, Kayla Scott (Lance, Sr.) Williams of Russellville; three great grandsons, Dustin Scott, Robert Scott, and Lance Williams, Jr., all of Russellville; sister, Carolyn Zimmerman of Alabama; brother, Lannie (Gail) Williams of Lewisburg;

He was preceded in death by brother, Roger Williams.

A memorial service will be at 12:30 pm on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green Street, Lewisburg; with the Rev. Dr. C. David Randolph officiating.

Dwight Dwaine Markham, 68, of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

He was born Tuesday, June 25, 1957, the son of the late GW Markham and the late Vonda Whitney Markham.

He was a factory worker for many years.

Surviving are son, John Brandon "JB" (Kristyn) Markham of Lewisburg; three sisters, Gaye Smith of Lewisburg, Margo Escue of Lewisburg, and Jo Stinson of Morgantown; two brothers, Johnny Markham of Lewisburg and Russell Markham of Dunmor; two grandsons, Bentley and Ryker Vaughn; granddaughter, Khyley Vaughn.

In addition to his parents, Dwight was preceded in death by his brothers, Junior Markham, Gene Thomas Markham, and Randie Ray Markham; and son, Dwight Dwane Markham.

Robert Earl Wilson, 76, of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

He was born Wednesday, January 25, 1950, the son of the late Ernest Wilson and the late Ermond Skipworth Wilson. He was the husband of Kathy Wilson, of Lewisburg, who survives.

He was a truck driver for the Logan County Road Barn and was a member of the Gospel Lighthouse Church of Russellville.

In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by his daughter, Treasa (Chase) Gregory of Auburn; son, Bobby (April) Wilson of Lewisburg; four sisters, Ruthel Thomas of Russellville, Ila Jo Thomas of Lewisburg, Beatrice Thomas of Chandler's Chapel, and Brenda Anderson of Sacramento, Kentucky; four brothers, Glenn (Brenda) Wilson of Lewisburg, Harold Wilson of Auburn, Wayne Wilson of Lewisburg, and Junior Wilson of Lewisburg; three granddaughters, Christy (Joseph) French of Lewisburg, Tamanda (Eric) White of Auburn, and Lyndsey (Joseph) Peterson of Auburn; three grandsons, Clayton Wilson of Lewisburg, Cody Wilson of Lewisburg, and Dalton (Jessica) Gregory of Auburn; four great grandsons, Tyler French of Lewisburg, Brantley French of Lewisburg, Lawson Deweese of Lewisburg, and Caysen Peterson of Auburn; four great granddaughters, Kayla French of Lewisburg, Cassandra French of Lewisburg, Aliyah White of Auburn, and Amelia White of Auburn.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his sisters, Grace Hyams and June Bilyeu.

A funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg; with Bro. Raymond Suttles officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday and again on Saturday from 8:00 am until the time of the service at Price Funeral Home, Inc.

Pallbearers will be Joseph French, Clayton Wilson, Dalton Gregory, Eric White, Joseph Peterson, and Tyler French.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Bobby Wilson, Chase Gregory, Kenny Wilson, and Jimmy Wilson.

Velma Jean Shader Heltsley

Velma Jean Shader Heltsley, aged 94, of Sharon Grove, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the home of her daughter in Huntsville, Alabama.

She was born Friday, March 4, 1932, the daughter of the late John Harrison Shader and the late Cora Pursley Shader.

Velma was a store manager for the America Bread Company and she was also a member of the Sharon Grove Church of Christ.

Surviving are two daughters, Doris Ann Heltsley of Fernley, Nevada and Marilyn Gail (Bill) Bethune of Huntsville, Alabama; as well as sister, Carolyn Perkins of Erlanger, Kentucky.

In addition to her parents, Velma was preceded in death by her sister, Oma Nell Bertram; as well as brothers, David E. Shader and George W. Shader.

A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Elk Lick Cemetery, located at Greenridge-Spa Road, Lewisburg; with Danny Williams officiating.

Don Harper, 72 of Dunmor, Kentucky passed away on Friday, May 22, 2026, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

He was born Monday, April 5, 1954, the son of the late Carlie Harper and the late Fannie Gibson Harper. He was the husband of the late Deborah Miller Harper.

He was a plumber at Napier Plumbing for many years and was a member of Dunmor Baptist Church. He was also a member of Hazel Creek Masonic Lodge #842 F&AM.

Surviving are daughter, Shelley (Mark) Houchins of Russellville; granddaughter, Carlee (Ben) Sickler of Greenville, KY; two grandsons, Hunter (Bethany) Milligan of Decherd, TN and Ivan Houchins of Jacksonville, FL; three great granddaughters, Amelia Seiler of Middleburg, FL, Harper Milligan of Decherd, TN, and Adelaide Sickler of Greenville, KY; three great grandsons, Joseph Milligan of Decherd, TN, Orion Milligan of Decherd, TN, and Joyner Sickler of Greenville, KY; sister, Anita Gardner of Dunmor, KY.

In addition to his parents and wife, Don was preceded in death by sister, Ruby Joy Hayes; brothers, Weldon Wade Harper, Murl Harper, and Ellis Neal "Hop" Harper.

A Celebration of Life will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the home of Shelley and Mark Houchins, located at 131 Windhaven Street, Russellville, KY.

Gayle was born in Nashville, Tennessee on Wednesday, August 17, 1960. She was the life partner of the late Luster Earl Hubbs.

She was a homemaker and a member of Berea Christian Church.

Surviving are Daughter, Victoria (Brooks) Prunty of Drakesboro; grandchildren, Corey, Brooklin, Bailey, and Bonnie Prunty, all of Drakesboro; sister, Roxanne Smith of Lexington; father-in-law, Alfred Hubbs of Russellville; mother-in-law, Barbara Jean Hubbs of Russellville; sister-in-law, Susan Hubbs of Lewisburg;

In addition to her life partner, Gayle was preceded in death by her sister, Sherry Parker.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 20, 2026, at 11:30 am at Arnold Cemetery.

Sharon Ruth Baldwin, 67 of Russellville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky, Inc. in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

She was born Monday, June 23, 1958, the daughter of the late Junior Johnson and the late Margaret Maddox Johnson.

Sharon attended Cornerstone Baptist Church in Russellville.

Surviving are two sons, Joey (Karen) Johnson of Franklin, Billy (Natalah) Baldwin of Auburn; three grandsons, Todd Johnson of Russellville, Matthew Johnson of Bowling Green, Peyton Baldwin of Auburn; granddaughter, Kristen Johnson of Bowling Green; two great-grandchildren, Lex and Cordellia Potee of KY; two brothers, Tracy Johnson of Russellville, Eddie Johnson of Russellville; step-brother, Jackie David Robertson of Russellville; two step-sisters, Tina Moore of Bowling Green, Vicki Robertson of Russellville; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by brother, Stacey Johnson.

A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Lewisburg Cemetery located at 216 Deerlick Rd. Lewisburg, KY 42256 with Bro. Travis Bryan officiating.
